Prophetic Word for Church Leaders

"Do not shy away from the gifts, but rather embrace them, teach them, and deepen the understanding about how to move in them. During these last days, My Children will need greater understanding and motivation to exercise My Authority through the gifts. Continue to equip the Saints. Do not look at doing "church" as usual. Do not be concerned with the numbers in the audience. Mindsets must be renewed and old ways of doing church put to death. Notice I am doing a new thing! The stage has been set, pray in the people who will bring fresh ideas and skills. Focus for now on those that are there. Bring them an understanding of their Authority and activate in unison. Power, dunamis, will rush in like a mighty wind. Changes are coming that knowledge of My Authority and Power against satan and his allies must be exercised. The battle grows and continues. It's time for My People to be delivered from their captors. 

Emphasize prayer, agreement, declarations, and decrees. Teach My Children to rule and reign over darkness in their lives, homes, and businesses. Let them know My power and Presence is not reserved for the church buildings or for "special" people! They need to know I AM everywhere, all the time! Fill the air with praise, worship Me in Spirit and Truth. Bring the truth to their ears. Let it be known I AM on their side. I AM for them not against them. Open the doors and invite Me in to Your homes and businesses. Give Me permission to act on your behalf. Listen and pray for wisdom and understanding. I have much to teach you all. Mysteries shall be revealed and deeper understanding will be followed by an increase in effectiveness against the enemy and their plans. Ranger warriors with boldness and discernment will be raised up to tackle specific targets and missions. My Children must be aware that this time, this season is different.  The importance of My Children taking their positions of Authority has never been greater. The implications are farther reaching than just living a blessed life. The enemy has been successful in an attempt to weaken My Body. Through distraction, deception and fear what should have been the most formidable force on the Earth has been reduced to a whimpering, weak slave. Revival IS coming, but if My Church is not ready and equipped to receive it, many lives will be wasted. My Glory cannot be denied, miracles, signs and wonders will gain attention, but the structure I put in place to minister to, organize, teach, unify, and manage/rule is the key to an effective and successful transition from slave to king! It is important that the Church grasp its destiny and purpose. I am sifting My Body. I am separating the wheat from the chaff. Those who prefer to stay under bondage and deception will not stand.

Gird yourselves with the knowledge of My Word, but also with discernment and understanding of your Divine purpose. Knowledge of My Word is just the foundation! Demons have knowledge of My Word. My Body must now embrace the activation of that knowledge and stand in their purpose fulfilling the role for which I created them. It's time for the knights to armor up and ride out. Men and women, old and young, all races and nationalities unified and standing together under the Blood speaking with Authority at My Command. The day of the great battle approaches, but right now new tents must be assembled, trainers motivated to get new recruits started in their training, and the mess hall prepared to feed the soldiers.  A soldier is only as effective as his/her training! Build the infrastructure, install the processes, instruct, motivate, teach, and inspire so that each soldier has the opportunity to become as effective and successful as they choose. We aren't working with drafted individuals. This is a voluntary army. They seek Truth, understanding, and their purpose. Either we provide that or the enemy will give them their counterfeit version."
